The Meditation

The 10 days of meditation takes place over the course of 2 weeks.

The sessions last 1 hour and are conducted through Zoom (via computer, phone, or tablet)

Sessions take place from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 10:00 am Pacific Standard time.

  • Monday: Awareness of Breath Meditation
  • Tuesday: Awareness of Body Sensations Meditation
  • Wednesday:  Awareness of Situation Meditation
  • Thursday: Awareness of Thoughts and Emotions Meditation
  • Friday: Lovingkindness Meditation

Weekend: Take action based on meditations

  • Monday: Sitting with Discomfort Meditation
  • Tuesday: Mindful Movement Meditation
  • Wednesday: Creativity Meditation
  • Thursday: Empowerment Meditation
  • Friday: Weaving it all together Meditation
